Repurposing CRISPR-Cas9 to color the human genome in live cells
Concerted genomic targeting of H3K27 demethylase REF6 and chromatin-remodeling ATPase BRM in Arabidopsis
(The University of Western Ontario)获植物分子与细胞学博士学位。 Nature Genetics, PLoS Genetics, The Plant Cell, Journal of Experiment Botany
Understandingthe social dimensions and ecological impacts of wildlife trade on biodiversity conservation under global change in Asia and beyond
Tien Ming Lee recently completed twopostdoctoral fellowships(2011-2015) at Princeton University and jointly at the Earth Institute at Columbia and Yale Universities(co-sponsored by Department of Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology and Center for Research on Environmental Decisions, and the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies). He is an affiliated researcher with the Wildlife Conservation Society, and Center for International Forestry Research. He received his BSc and MSc from National University of Singapore (2005). He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2011at the University of California, San Diego. Broadly, his research focuses on the social, ecological and spatial dimensions of biodiversity conservation under climate change and global wildlife trade, working across temporal and spatial scales, particularly in Southeast Asia and China. He is on the editorial board of Biological Conservation and Journal of Applied Ecology(since 2013) and has published about forty scientific papersincluding in Nature, Science, PNAS, Nature Climate Change, Proceedings of the Royal Society B,and Conservation Biology. He has served as a reviewer for Science, Nature Climate Change, Trends in Ecology and Evolution, and Conservation Letters. He participated in international working groups, most recently as part of the steering committee at the National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center.
